What do i do if an item is out of stock?
We know how it feels to fall in love with a piece, only to find out it’s been sold out! If there is an item that you are dying to have and it is sold out, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know when/if there are more coming in!
Can you help me put together an outfit?
One of Emily’s favorite things to do is pair outfits for our friends! In fact, she previously worked for Stitch Fix, so she has had experience doing this for clients. We pair each outfit that we sell, so check out our Insta page or FB page for inspiration ideas, or you can also email Emily at email@example.com and she can assist you!
What is your return policy?
If you would like a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Full refund (minus our shipping costs) will be given once the order is received.
Once the refund has been processed, it will take 5-10 days for the refund amount to show up on your credit card statement.
what is your exchange policy?
Due to limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. If something does not work for you, you can ship it back to Cloth + Vine and receive a full refund (minus our shipping costs). If you have any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us.
Please note, orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout.
Standard shipping orders take 3-5 business days after placing the order. Every order placed before 12pm central time will be shipped out that day. Any order placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day. For preorders, you will be notified once the item has arrived and shipped to you.
